A New Chapter – Joining the Editorial Board of Patient.info

Why Trusted Mental Health Information Matters Now More Than Ever

I’m genuinely ecstatic to share some exciting news with you!

After sharing my wisdom with their community this year and seeing the value this brings, I’ve been invited to join the Editorial Board of Patient.info, one of the UK’s most trusted sources of health information, used by both healthcare professionals and the people.

This opportunity means so much to me, not just professionally but personally too.

I’ve always been passionate about making evidence-based mental health support and knowledge accessible to all. It’s the reason I became a psychotherapist. And it’s the reason I continue to share many FREE resources, offer compassionate therapy, and advocate for what and who truly matters to me and many, especially in a world where we’re all navigating so much change, challenge and uncertainty.

Being part of the Editorial Board as a mental health expert means I’ll be contributing to the direction and content of Patient.info, especially when it comes to topics related to therapy, emotional wellbeing, trauma, parental mental health, and more. I’ll be able to:

  • Offer my voice on the issues that truly matter to my clients and the wider community.
  • Help shape clear, supportive resources that people can trust.

I’ll also be a go-to contact when Patient.info is asked by national media for expert insight; something I’m excited (and a little nervous!) about. But most importantly, it’s another way I can champion your stories, your challenges, and your growth, with integrity and empathy.

We’re living in a time where there is so much noise out there when it comes to information. It is hard to know what and who to trust. So, it is vital, people know where to go to access evidence-based, reputable mental health information.

Honestly, I often tell my family, friends, and team that I pinch myself routinely. That so many beautiful opportunities come my way. To share my wisdom. To do what I love. Everyday. I am genuinely so grateful for my life and all the beautiful people past, present and future that are part of it. Thank you to all of you for being a part of it too.
