Eek! I am so excited to have you join us on 'Finding YOURSELF Through Motherhood™'. This journey has the potential to be life changing for you. It certainly has been for me!

We begin our experience together with our first group teaching session on Thursday the 8th of February at 8pm (GMT).  Details of the call, which will be online through Microsoft Teams, will be sent on to you shortly.  

If you cannot make the live call do not worry, I know motherhood can throw up some curve balls, so the session will be recorded and uploaded for your viewing within 48 hours of the live session.  In the meantime, if you have any questions at all, please contact me via contact@lauragreenwoodtherapy.com
