Cognitive Behavioural Therapy is an evidence-based psychological therapy that supports you to understand the link between your thoughts, feelings, physical sensations and behaviour.
I offer cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) both in person in Huddersfield and remotely via zoom.
Through therapy, we look to understand what is maintaining your current struggles in the here and now, and where these patterns come from in terms of your early learning history.
Once we have a greater understanding of your difficulties, we can begin to move towards change. Change that supports you to live the life that you want. Change that helps you reach your full potential.
Our treatment sessions will use various psychotherapeutic techniques to support you to reach your therapy goals.
Treatment involves you every step of you way. Nothing is done to you. We engage in CBT together, with me as your guide. You are completely in control.
